Mitchell is a graduate of the University of Toronto 1988 and has been involved in real estate since 1989. Over the past decade he has been involved in the sale of apartment product valued in excess of $1.5 billion dollars.
Originally with Royal LePage, Mitchell has become noted as one of Canada's most successful and respected apartment sales specialists. Known as a premier negotiator and solid deal maker, Mitchell has closed over 300 transactions in his career.

Mitchell started his sales career Royal LePage Commercial. While there, he was consistantly on the top ten list of most successful agents in Canada. Lorenzo Di Gianfelice graduated with honours from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in 1987 from the Applied Geography program. His specialities were urban analysis, statistics and economics.
From 1987 to 1997, Lorenzo was active in the real estate market as an appraiser. He received his AACI designation in 1996 and has been involved in the valuation of a broad spectrum of property types. Since 1993 he specialized in the valuation of apartment buildings and is noted as an industry leader. He has authored many articles for various trade publications.
Lorenzo entered the real estate sales force with Royal LePage Commercial in 1998. There he was involved in the marketing and sale of over $150,000,000 worth of apartment product. He joined RE/MAX Commercial Focus Inc. in 2000 and was involved in and sold many types of lucrative investment product totaling over $500 million. His appraisal and real estate experience makes the group unique in its field.
While at RE/MAX Lorenzo was at the top of his field always attaining the highest sales and marketing awards offered by the company.
Apartment investment properties with less than 100 suites in size is what Lorenzo specializes in. However, his valuations, property knowledge and expertise continually permit him to assist in a variety of deals with properties having more than 100 suites.
Lorenzo is now the Broker of Record at CFR and is part of the ownership team which will take CFR to the next level.
